It runs very smoothly and is definitely a great purchase I would recommend if you want an affordable, reliable and fast pc.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this MXZ gaming PC deserves it. I was looking for something affordable that could still run modern games really well—and this checked all the boxes. Right out of the box, it was ready to go. Windows 11 Pro was already set up, no annoying bloatware, just plug it in, connect to Wi-Fi, and start downloading your games. Super easy. Performance-wise, it’s been great. The Ryzen 5 3600 and RTX 2060 combo is no joke—I’m getting smooth frame rates on games like Warzone, Cyberpunk 2077, Fortnite, and Red Dead 2. Most run on high or ultra settings without any stuttering. Perfect for 1080p and even holds up well at 1440p. The 500GB NVMe SSD is fast (boots up in seconds), and 16GB RAM handles gaming and multitasking just fine. Plus, the six RGB fans not only look awesome, but they keep everything cool and quiet—even when gaming for hours. The case looks clean and modern with the glass side panel and RGB lighting. Definitely has that "gamer" aesthetic without being over-the-top. Build quality is solid, and cables are neat inside. If you want a reliable, ready-to-go gaming PC that looks awesome and performs way above its price, this is it. MXZ COUNT YOUR DAYS!!! If you’re looking at these one star reviews, do not just shrug it off. From the jump, the GPU was plugged in incorrectly. I got it to work but there was a pre-installed account from MXZ (which isn’t normal btw) and tried an update, boom! crashing started. Had to spend hours uninstalling the updates. Called Amazon and randomly the problems stopped. Then today, exactly one day after the return window closed, I’m in a ranked game and PC crashes. It said my PIN was unavailable so I couldn’t log in. Had to go and type codes in to remove the password and even after it kept crashing. Amazon says there’s nothing they can do. It’s listed as $500 but I bought it for $700 a month ago. I would give zero stars if I could. This company does not care and after doing more research on the company, there’s really no way to get in contact with them and their website doesn’t really work. With the way this all played out, it seems the company is doing something sketch. The problems fixed itself as I’m on the phone with Amazon the first time, then right when I can’t return it it starts crashing again. Just go somewhere else to buy a PC or build it yourself. Trust me when I say you’ll save yourself the absolute migraine the PCs on here will give you.

Great computer except the included wifi card did not work. Tried to contact the company and never heard back. Amazons only option was to return it for a refund. Way too much trouble after all the set up time. I just bought another one myself. Would have given it 5 stars if I could have just got a new wifi card. I will be happy to change my review if the company sends me one out. Great product besides the customer service.

After a month of constant use, this desktop has been fantastic for my kid. He mainly plays Minecraft and Fortnite, and the graphics have been smooth and clear. It runs both games without any issues, and he’s really happy with it. Great buy!
